1. The surface of the acrylic plate without hardening treatment is easy to be scratched. If it is scratched during processing, the original gloss surface can be restored by polishing (including fire polishing, cloth wheel polishing, diamond polishing, etc.). The slight scratch can also be wiped with glass water;
2. The heat resistance of ordinary acrylic plate is not high, and the thermal deformation temperature is about 100 degrees, so the use temperature should not be higher than 90 degrees;
3. The expansion coefficient of acrylic plate will exist due to different manufacturing processes. Therefore, the gap shall be reserved during installation;
4. Acrylic plates without anti-static treatment are prone to generate static electricity and absorb dust during production. In this case, soft cotton cloth dipped in 1% soapy water can be used to wipe;

Acrylic is easy to carve and process, so it is easier to deform. In order to get the desired shape, we should consider how to avoid the deformation of acrylic products:
1. Contraction and expansion gaps shall be reserved for the installation frame;
2. Elliptical screw holes shall be drilled for locking with screws;
3. Select elastic rubber gasket;
4. Hot forming can improve the impact strength and release the internal stress;
5. Thermoforming into wavy, diamond and semi-circular shapes can prevent the deformation of acrylic plate due to self weight sag;
6. Select appropriate thickness to avoid bending deformation of acrylic plate due to wind load;
7. When large format acrylic plate is used, the thickness must be increased to prevent the plate from sagging and deformation due to its own weight.
